Ok so we need to buy a house in 2 months due to the house we are renting being sold from underneath us.

1st- divorce 5 years ago, bankruptcy discharged, makes 33k yearly, credit score of 626
2nd- new credit seasonal employment, credit score 718
3rd- blemished credit due to health problems, score of 509, makes 60k yearly, working on rebuilding credit now.
we need a mortgage for at least 250,000.00 where can we do this at and how??? im working with a realtor now and im just worried about getting the mortgage secured and prequalified…if anyone can help please do..
