Which Bank give the Best HDB Home Loan Rates ?

My current HDB Homeloan Rates just went up to 3.75% . I intend to do refinancing. Which banks give the best rates right now?

3.75% already consider very good rates, some Bank like OCBC even go up to 5%.

    The best person you can check with would be a real estate agent because they have links to the various banks… and would know all the rates…
