Shocking. Someone on the news actually talking about how we can look at this mess and try to learn how not to let it happen again. I’ll be they never let this guy on again. He actually has something constructive to say..

What is great about …
What is great about this segment is that someone is at least using common sense and looking forward. It is so easy to sensationalize all of these. Bottom line is look at the areas that are holding up, figure out why (and we need more than just ‘diverse economy’ – we need stuff like this guy says, taxation etc.), then make changes moving forward. We need to make sure we understand what happened, then plan for the future based on the lessons. Kudo’s Mr. Curnutte!

Imagine that? Finally an economist who offers a glimpse of a solution!! Steve Curnutte is the first person in all of the media that has the courage to do this. Kudos to you Brian Sullivan and Neil Cavuto for having him on!! After seeing him on your show – I found his blog too. The guy disects the crisis really well. Actually, he is pretty doomsday about things, but he still tries to come up with policy suggestions and solutions. Get this guy in the next Presidents cab! The Steve Curnutte fix!
