$200.00 month in NC, but that is just the rent for the lot my mobile home is on. I’ve lived here 30 years, so my home has long been paid for.

It all depends on when you buy. The condos in my complex are all exactly the same -2 bed/2.5 bath 1275 sq. ft. in Fullerton, CA.

My neighbor pays $750 per/mo for mortgage, bought in 1998
I pay $1100 per/mo for mortgage, bought in 2001
Other neighbor pays $2200 per/mo for mortgage, bought last year.
