I think there are home builders that are going to go out of business or file bankruptcy, so there is the potential for them to still go down. They would be worthless in the case of bankruptcy.
Beazer has been making crap homes for years. So, much so that they had to change their name to Beazer! I wouldn’t expect them to start making great homes all of a sudden and their potential home warranty liability is probably huge.
