Well, I wouldn’t say WAMU, they actually just shut down their wholesale lending division. I’m a broker myself and I use Countrywide about 97% of the time. They have great rates, low cost loans, and fast and easy service. You’re typically going to get a bit higher of a rate if you go directly through Countrywide, so make sure you get a quote from a TRUSTED broker. Make sure your costs do not exceed $2400.
