I have bad credit, Im trying to buy a house my grandma said she would cosign for me… Will that make a diffrence.. will my intrest be higher. My credit score is like 525. And hers is over 700 plus she has like 4 homes paid for will that help.
My husband and I were turned down for a home loan with bad credit. Our score was around 600 and they said we needed 10% down. Now living paycheck to paycheck doesn’t leave much to save…I asked my Grandma to cosign once and she said no, the lenders wouldn’t lend to her because of her age, there is no guarantee she would live to see the end of the loan. Just an FYI.
