Want to refinance under the making home affordable.?

Bank of America tells me that I have to wait until July because my
mortgage has PMI, and they are not dealing mortages with PMI yet.
Need feedback.
Please help.

Only your existing lender can refinance using HARP if you have PMI currently. Unfortunately you are at their mercy.
